Exchanges/Refunds

All orders made are final, and we cannot guarantee that changes to products and/or shipping details can be made once order confirmation is sent to you. It is your responsibility to make sure all details are correct before confirming your order. 

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the products are delivered to you in perfect condition, products may be damaged in the delivery process. 

If an item you receive is defective or incorrect, please Contact Us within 7 days of receipt of goods with
• Original proof of purchase
• The pictures identifying the defect

Once the examination is completed by the relevant team, the item(s) will be reshipped.
Please note that we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange or store credit if you send your item without our confirmation. In this case, we will pay all shipping costs and refunds will only be made to original payment method. 

2. Missing Items
If any of your items is missing, please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving your package.
Once your request for the missing item is accepted, we will immediately send the correct item to your address.

3. Returned Items
Unclaimed packages, returned to 'Beauty Monday' due to absence of addressee/wrong or insufficient address, will not be refunded.
Please double check your zip codes and detail addresses before the checkout.

4. Ineligible Products for Exchanges/Refunds
The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
• Change of mind
• Ordering incorrect product
• Orders in transit from supplier or to customer
• Any item that shows any signs of usage
• Any item that has been damaged intentionally
• Any item returned without any previous notice or in spite of the return request denied by our customer service
