I can't find my country in the shipping options.

We are unable to ship to countries that are not included in the shipping options. We only ship to AUS at this stage and hope to continue other countries in the future.

What's the status of my order? Can I change the address on my order?

You can track your order and delivers from 'Track My Order' at the bottom-right side of the website menu 'My Account > Track My Order'.
You can also change the delivery address for an order until it ships.

Why are some Express Shipping taking longer to ship?

We're experiencing an increase in demand for Express Shipping and sometimes our shipments being hold due to massive volume of parcels and uncontrollable events interrupt DHL shipping service, causing deliver delays.
For all international countries, your package will arrive within approximately 5 - 17 business days. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to expedite shipping for international orders.

Order Processing

(1) Add item(s) to your cart and place order.
(2) Preparing Order
Please allow 1- 2 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
*Packages are not shipped from our distribution centers on weekends or public holidays.

(3) Order Ready/Preparing Shipment
(4) In Transit
You will be able to check the tracking details on the My Orders page once dispatched from Korea.
*Please note that 'In Transit' includes both Korea & AUS shipping.
(5) Out for Delivery
Door-to-door courier service is available for EMS or DHL.
DHL is delivered with/without signature confirmation. In the event the recipient is absent, the notice card will be dropped in the recipient’s mailbox. The postal service does not claim any responsibility for missing packages after delivery.

Orders and Returns

Can I exchange or return my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products.

The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
• Change of mind
• Ordering incorrect product
• Orders in transit from supplier or to customer
• Any item that shows any signs of usage
• Any item that has been damaged intentionally
• Any item returned without any previous notice or in spite of the return request denied by our customer service

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can use Guest Checkout option, however you won't get Membership Benefits such as reward points for your purchases.

Can I change the option of an item I purchased?

Unfortunately NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. To change option, please cancel your current order and place a new one or email us (support@beauty-monday.com) as soon as possible. We’ll let you know what we can do!

General Information

I can't log into my account. What do I do?

Click 'Forgot Password' to reset your password. From there, you'll need to verify your email address and we'll lead you through the process to get you back into your account. If you're having any further issues, please email us.

I reached out via email but I haven't received a response in over 2 business days.

We're sorry to hear this. Please make sure your inquiry was sent to support@beauty-monday.com. We do our best to get to everyone as soon as possible - this usually means within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, not including Holidays). Sometimes our replies can end up in spam, so please be sure to check there and add us as a contact.

Can I transfer or merge my points between two separate accounts?

While you can accrue points on 2+ separate accounts (depending on which account you're logged in with), you cannot transfer or merge points.

Update on Australia Post operations for Melbourne

AUS Post Offices will remain open and operations in regional Victoria will operate as normal, however Australia Post is unable to guarantee next day deliveries across the country due to limited flights available and an influx of online orders.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

How do I apply my Discount Code?

Discount codes can be applied to your order at Checkout. Enter your discount code into the field on the top right, above your cart total and continue on to payment method.

Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.

Can I make purchases in currencies other than US dollars?

We only accept US dollars as a payment currency. 
Please be noted that the actual amount of payment may differ from the price indicated in your cart depending on the USD exchange rate of your bank or paypal.
