 < Duties & Taxes >
ㆍAll costs occurred during the Clearance process including import customs, needs to be paid by the customer.
ㆍThe tax rate applied depends on your ship-to destination. These charges are separate from shipping charges and you will be billed directly.
ㆍFor customs clearance purposes, we request that you divide your orders for purchases that exceed USD 300.

< Shipping Info >
We are unable to ship to the EU and select countries - currently AUS Addresses Only.
ㆍ For US address, we are unable to ship to the following addresses: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO.
ㆍOnce shipping begins, order information and invoice number will be sent via e-mail.
ㆍYour choice of delivery agency (DHL/EMS) may be restricted depending on your order / shipping location.

Free shipping for orders with total purchase amount USD 50 (Standard, 8~10 days) and over.

1. Shipping Options
Please allow 1- 2 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on package weight, shipping location and delivery agency. You can check it at the check-out page.

2. Shipping to Multiple Locations
It is not possible to ship separately to more than one country on a single order.
If you want to ship to different countries, please separate your order.

3. Address Changes
Shipping information (address, phone number, etc.) may be modified only for orders that are “order complete” and “order confirmation” (billing information and shipping country may not be changed).

Check your order status in detail page on My Account > Order History.
If shipping information for your order can be changed, “Edit” button will be shown under the address.

To prevent any inconvenience, please note that order information may not be modified after the “processing” phase has begun.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will contain shipping details, your tracking number, and links to the selected courier website. You can also check your order process here.

< Out-of-Stock Items >
If an item in your order is out of stock after payment, you will receive notification via email. If you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock, please visit the product page and sign up for Email Restock Notification.
